Account & Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Word Arena account and every piece of game data attached to it. This form works even if you have already uninstalled the app.

What gets deleted

• Your account: username, device identifier, account type, language, avatar, and the IP/device details stored with your consent record.
• Your game data: league points, statistics, coin balance, card collection, daily quests, adventure progress, emoji and gift ownership.
• Your friendships and any duel invites you sent or received.
• Reports you filed and error logs tied to your account.
• Any match still in progress.

What is kept, and why

• A minimal consent record — which document version you accepted, when, and when the account was deleted. It contains no IP address, no device identifier and no username. It is kept so we can defend a later legal claim about the period the account existed, and it self-deletes after at most 10 years.
• Purchase records — if you ever paid, the transaction record produced by the store (Apple/Google) is retained for the period tax and accounting law requires. Your card details never reach us at all.
• This request — kept together with the e-mail address you provide for 3 years as proof that we resolved your request within 30 days, then deleted automatically.

Nothing else about you remains. Error logs are deleted automatically after at most 30 days regardless.

How it works

1. Fill in the form below. Your username is shown on your in-game profile.
2. Note the reference number shown once the request is received.
3. We may write to the e-mail address you provide to confirm the account is yours. Sending your reference number to [email protected] from that same address speeds this up.
4. The request is resolved within 30 days and the outcome is e-mailed to you.

If you would rather not use the form, e-mailing [email protected] with your username is equally valid.
